It's in the passport site, what could be happening is you are searching for the part number in the search for text option. Make sure you search for part number and enter C1JZ2ML
If you search for text, this is the title:
IBM Lotus Sametime Connect Client Network Installer 8.0.2 Windows, Linux Multilingual
Now if you have the Notes license entitlement then it's very possible you won't see it, as you need a full Sametime license to install the client.
